This year the white-fronted geese at Slimbridge were particularly co-operative with a flock of a hundred or so visible from the first hide along the Holden Trail.



The same hide also produced excellent views of Bewick's swans, seen here alongside good numbers of wigeon and pintail.



Whilst not a very suitable subject for a video, this buzzard perched just in front of the hide did make for a very nice photo.
